Sigma Lifetime Warranty on Ceramic Disc Cartridges

Should the ceramic disc cartridge in your Sigma faucet ever fail, American Faucet & Coatings Corporation will replace the failed cartridge to the original purchaser of the faucet. Proof of purchase is required. You will only pay a $10.95 handling and mailing charge.

This warranty does not include thermostatic, pressure balance, diverter, or ceramic disc cartridges with stem adapters. Labor is not included.

The lifetime warranty applies to the ceramic disc cartridges shown below.

Obtaining Replacement Cartridges

Email us a description of your issue and the name, model number, and age of the faucet. Include a photo of your purchase receipt, faucet, and cartridge. We will research which cartridge you need and reply. Please click the button below to email us.
