Tempress II Valve Maintenance Service Packs

The shower valve body is made of solid brass and is very durable. It will last as long as your house. However, parts within the valve have a limited lifespan of about 15 to 20 years. Over time, wear and tear, plus the accumulation of particulates and limescale from hard water minerals, cause parts to break, drip, leak, make handles difficult to turn, or otherwise fail to operate properly.

For proper functioning, the cartridge and other parts of the valve should be replaced every 15 years.

We offer Maintenance Service Packs that contains the replaceable parts of the valve. This will allow your shower to work properly for another 15 to 20 years.
